 In 2022, we opened Café Basia to honor the memory of our mother, Barbara "Basia" Burzynski.  She was passionate, loving, and courageous. Basia lived every day to the fullest, and inspired everyone around her to do the same. With her spirit in our hearts, our goal for this cafe was simple: to brighten up your day with a little nourishment. Whether it's to get your morning started, pull up a chair with company, or just take a moment for yourself, we aim to serve up what you need and make your day great at Cafe Basia.
